Delete your PestSheet account
This page explains how to delete your account in PestSheet: Pest Control Report (developer: [legal name]) and the data stored with it, and lets you request deletion if you cannot use the app.
Delete it in the app (fastest)
- Open PestSheet and sign in with the account you want to delete.
- Go to More > Account & subscription.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Your account and its cloud backup are deleted right away. You are then signed out.
Request deletion on the web
If you no longer have the app or cannot sign in, send this form with the email address of your PestSheet account. We will email that address to confirm the request comes from you, and then delete the account and its cloud backup within [30] days. You can also write to [contact email] from that address.
Request received.
We'll email to confirm it's you, then delete the account and its cloud backup within [30] days. If you don't hear from us in a few days, write to [contact email].
Preview mode: saved in this browser only (the API URL is not set in src/config/site.ts).
Before you delete: cancel your subscription
Deleting your account does not cancel a PestSheet Pro subscription, because Apple and Google handle the billing. Cancel it first so you are not charged again:
- iPhone: Settings app > your name > Subscriptions > PestSheet > Cancel Subscription.
- Android: Google Play app > profile icon > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > PestSheet > Cancel subscription.
What is deleted
- Your account: email address, sign-in method and account ID.
- Your cloud backup: applicator profile and business logo, team members, clients, sites and stations, service visits and product applications, photos, client signatures, corrections, templates and the log of reports sent.
What is not deleted, and for how long it is kept
- Records on your phone. Deleting the account does not erase what is saved on your device: your records stay there until you delete them or uninstall PestSheet.
- Your legal records. Completed visits are pesticide application records. Your state may require your business to keep them for 2 to 3 years, and keeping them is your business's responsibility. Export them from the app (Records for inspection) before you delete the account.
- Subscription data. Purchase records stay with Apple or Google and with our subscription provider, RevenueCat, as their policies and tax and accounting laws require. They are not deleted automatically with your account; ask us at [contact email] to delete the RevenueCat record linked to your account.
- Backups. Copies in our hosting provider's backups are overwritten within [number] days.
- Crash reports and usage analytics are not linked to your account, contain nothing that identifies you, and are deleted after [90] days and [24] months.
