Effective date: [date of publication] · Developer: [legal name] · Contact: [contact email]
- What PestSheet is. PestSheet is a tool to record service visits and pesticide applications and to produce reports. It is not legal, regulatory or agronomic advice.
- PestSheet does not recommend doses. The app records the products, amounts and rates you enter. Always follow the product label: the label is the law. You are solely responsible for how pesticides are selected, mixed and applied.
- Compliance is your responsibility. State record templates are based on our review of official rules at a given date and can be incomplete or change. You are responsible for knowing and meeting the requirements of every state where you work, including keeping records for the required period.
- EPA product catalog. Product names, registration numbers and active ingredients come from public U.S. EPA data and may contain errors or be out of date. Check the registration on the product label.
- Your data. Your information is stored on your device. You are responsible for backing it up and for exporting records you must keep. We are not liable for data lost because a device is lost, damaged or reset.
- Subscriptions. Paid plans are billed by Apple or Google under their terms. You can cancel at any time from your store account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
- Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, PestSheet is provided "as is", and the developer is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, fines or penalties arising from its use.
- Changes. We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept them.
